RESULTS
The first outcome introduces 18 SMEs (Three from each country) that describe their path towards implementing or transitioning to a circular economy and can thus serve as examples for other businesses. In lively interviews, the interviewees describe the start of their journey towards a circular economy, their motivation, the transition process, and also obstacles. The stories of other companies that have already successfully applied the concept make such a complex topic as the circular economy tangible and can also serve as a source of inspiration for other businesses to initiate such processes.
Das erste Outcome stellt 18 KMUs (Drei aus jedem Land) vor, die ihren Weg zur Umsetzung oder Umstellung auf eine Kreislaufwirtschaft beschreiben und somit als Beispiel für andere Unternehmen dienen können. In lebhaften Interviews schildern die Interviewpartner den Beginn ihrer Reise zur Kreislaufwirtschaft, ihre Motivation, den Umstellungsprozess und auch Hindernisse. Die Geschichten anderer Unternehmen, die das Konzept bereits erfolgreich anwenden, machen ein so komplexes Thema wie die Kreislaufwirtschaft greifbar und können auch als Inspirationsquelle für andere Unternehmen dienen, um solche Prozesse einzuleiten.
Pierwszy wynik przedstawia 18 MŚP (po 3 z każdego kraju), które opisują swoją drogę do wdrożenia lub przejścia na gospodarkę cyrkularną i w ten sposób mogą służyć jako przykłady dla innych firm. W wywiadach rozmówcy opisują początek swojej podróży w kierunku gospodarki cyrkularnej, swoją motywację, proces transformacji, a także przeszkody. Historie innych firm które już z powodzeniem zastosowały tę koncepcję sprawiają, że tak złożony temat, jakim jest gospodarka cyrkularna, staje się namacalny i może służyć jako źródło inspiracji dla innych przedsiębiorstw do rozpoczęcia takich samych procesów.
Il primo risultato presenta 18 PMI (3 per ogni Paese partner) che descrivono il loro percorso verso l'implementazione di strategie circolari e la transizione verso l'economia circolare, che possono quindi servire da esempio per altre imprese. In vivaci discussioni, gli intervistati descrivono l'inizio del loro percorso verso l'economia circolare, le loro motivazioni, il processo di transizione e anche gli ostacoli incontrati. Le storie di altre aziende che hanno già applicato con successo il concetto di economia circolare rendono tangibile un tema complesso come questo e possono servire da fonte di ispirazione per altre imprese interessate ad avviare tali processi.
The second project output consists of Do-it-yourself (DIY) policy portfolios and action plans developed by the partners to transform their own organisations and SMEs. As the pre-project analysis showed, one of the barriers SMEs face is the lack of a clear and easy-to-follow path towards transforming their own business. In creating the policy portfolios, the partners not only address the transformation of their own organisations, but also work with selected SMEs to develop user-friendly action plans. The action plans are subsequently made available as open source.
Das zweite Projektergebnis besteht aus DIY Policies Portfolios und Aktionsplänen, die von den Partnern entwickelt wurden, um ihre eigenen Organisationen und KMUs zu transformieren. Wie die Analyse im Vorfeld des Projekts zeigte, ist eines der Hindernisse, mit denen sich KMU konfrontiert sehen, das Fehlen eines klaren und leicht zu befolgenden Weges hin zur Transformation des eigenen Unternehmens. Bei der Erstellung der Policy Portfolios setzen die Partner:innen nicht nur mit der Transformation der eigenen Organisationen auseinander, sondern arbeiten mit ausgewählten KMUs zusammen, um anwenderfreundliche Aktionspläne zu entwickeln. Die Aktionspläne werden im Anschluss als Open Source zur Verfügung gestellt.
Drugi rezultat projektu obejmuje portfolio polityk DIY oraz opracowane przez partnerów plany działania mające na celu przekształcenie ich własnych organizacji i MŚP. Jak wykazała analiza przedprojektowa, jedną z barier, przed którymi stoją MŚP jest brak jasnej i łatwej w realizacji ścieżki transformacji. Tworząc portfolio polityk, partnerzy nie tylko podejmują się zmiany swoich własnych organizacji, ale również pracują z wybranymi MŚP w celu opracowania przyjaznych i użytecznych dla nich planów działania. Plany działania są następnie udostępniane jako otwarte zasoby.
Il secondo risultato del progetto consiste in un compendio di politiche fai-da-te e piani d'azione sviluppati dai partner per trasformare in circolari le proprie organizzazioni e PMI. Come è emerso dall'analisi pre-progetto, una delle barriere che le PMI devono affrontare è la mancanza di un percorso chiaro e facile da seguire per trasformare la propria attività. Nel creare le politiche e piani d’azione, i partner non solo si sono occupati della trasformazione delle proprie organizzazioni, ma hanno lavorato anche con le PMI selezionate per sviluppare piani d'azione di facile utilizzo. I piani d'azione verranno poi resi disponibili come open source.
The third and last output of the project consists in the development of a Short Learning Programme, which will strengthen SMEs leaders’ competencies useful to start the transition to a circular economy. To do that, partners will engage with 100 SMEs leaders to analyse existing gaps between current competencies and labor market needs and develop a Competence Framework. To reach a wider public, the course will be available in four languages, English, German, Italian and Polish, and will remain available as an open source. The English course will be pilot tested for its effectiveness, weaknesses, areas of strengths and opportunities for improvement.
Im Rahmen des Projekts wird als drittes und letztes Ergebnis ein Kurzzeitlernprogramm entwickelt, das die Kompetenzen von Führungskräften kleiner und mittelständischer Unternehmen stärken soll, um den Übergang zur Kreislaufwirtschaft zu erleichtern. Hierfür werden die Partner mit insgesamt 100 Führungskräften von KMUs zusammenarbeiten und vorhandene Lücken zwischen den aktuellen Kompetenzen und den Anforderungen des Arbeitsmarktes analysieren. Ziel ist es, einen Kompetenzrahmen zu entwickeln. Um möglichst viele Menschen zu erreichen, wird der Kurs in vier Sprachen - Englisch, Deutsch, Italienisch und Polnisch - angeboten und als Open-Source verfügbar bleiben. Zudem wird die Wirksamkeit des englischen Kurses in einem Pilotprojekt getestet, um Stärken und Schwächen zu identifizieren und mögliche Verbesserungen vornehmen zu können.
Trzecim i ostatnim produktem projektu jest rozwój Krótkiego Programu Edukacyjnego, który wzmocni kompetencje liderów MŚP przydatne do rozpoczęcia transformacji biznesu na model gospodarki cyrkularnej. Aby to zrobić, partnerzy zaangażują 100 liderów MŚP, aby przeanalizować istniejące luki pomiędzy obecnymi kompetencjami a potrzebami rynku pracy i opracować Struktury Kompetencji. Aby dotrzeć do szerszej publiczności, kurs będzie dostępny w czterech językach: angielskim, niemieckim, włoskim i polskim oraz będzie dostępny dla wszystkich. Kurs angielski będzie pilotażowo testowany pod kątem jego skuteczności, słabych stron, mocnych stron i możliwości udoskonalenia go.
Il terzo e ultimo risultato del progetto consiste nello sviluppo di un programma di apprendimento breve, che rafforzerà le competenze utili per i leader delle PMI per avviare la transizione verso un'economia circolare. A tal fine, i partner si confronteranno con 100 leader di PMI per analizzare le lacune esistenti tra le competenze possedute attualmente e le esigenze del mercato del lavoro. Per raggiungere un pubblico più ampio, il corso sarà disponibile in quattro lingue, inglese, tedesco, italiano e polacco, e rimarrà disponibile gratuitamente. Il corso in inglese sarà sottoposto ad una fase di testing per verificarne l'efficacia, i punti deboli, le aree di forza e le opportunità di miglioramento.
